Privacy, in plain language.
We use the information you send to reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to provide the service you asked for.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who is responsible for your information?
Lucinotte is the controller for personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at [email protected].
What do we collect?
The enquiry form asks for your name and email address. Your business name, online link, and message are optional. We receive the same information if you email us directly.
Our hosting provider may also process technical request data, such as an IP address, browser details, requested page, and time of access, to deliver and protect the website.
Why do we use it?
- To reply to your question or website enquiry.
- To prepare a scope, price, or next step you requested.
- To prevent spam and keep the form and website secure.
- To keep records if an enquiry becomes paid work.
For enquiries about our services, our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract. We also rely on our legitimate interests in running Lucinotte, responding to business enquiries, and protecting the website. If records must be kept for tax, accounting, or another legal requirement, our basis is legal obligation.
You are not required by law to send an enquiry. We need a name and email address so we know who to reply to; the other form fields are optional. We do not make automated decisions about you or create profiles with legal or similarly significant effects.
Who handles it?
The website is hosted by Vercel. Form enquiries are sent through Cloudflare and delivered to our email account, which is provided by Google. These providers process information for us so the website and email can operate.
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on the provider’s applicable transfer safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell enquiry details.
How long do we keep it?
We keep enquiry emails only for as long as we need them to reply, manage any resulting work, handle disputes, and meet legal or accounting duties. The exact period depends on whether the enquiry becomes a client project and whether a record is needed for those purposes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
What does the restaurant demo store?
The editable restaurant demo saves a copy of your sample changes in local storage in your own browser. Those edits are not sent to Lucinotte. Use the demo’s Reset button or clear this site’s browser data to remove them.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website.
Your rights
Depending on the situation, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy. You can email [email protected] to make a request. Some rights have exceptions, so we may need to keep information where the law permits or requires it.
Your right to object
You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Tell us what you object to and why; we will stop unless we have a compelling lawful reason to continue.
Questions or complaints
Please contact us first at [email protected] so we can look into the issue. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. You can complain to the ICO.

We will update this page if the way we use personal information changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
